  • Currently, we do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • The Blue Door is located in a private residential area on scenic Crow Mountain in Russellville AR less than 5 minutes from the interstate. Upon confirmed booking you will receive address and directions. We also offer services to your location for those with mobility challenges or wishing to book multi-client events or clinics. Travel to you services are found under add-on services for an additional fee.

Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

RESCHEDULING: We understand that plans can change. Please manage your appointments online and reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment via our scheduling platform or by texting us at 479-970-0644.

For cancellations, kindly provide at least a 12-hour notice by texting 479-970-0644 with the reason and a proposed reschedule date and time. This courtesy allows us to offer the slot to someone else and is greatly appreciated.

NO-SHOW POLICY: Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a "no-show." A no-show will result in a charge equal to the total amount of the missed appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be considered a no-show. We reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your session to accommodate other clients.

After two no-shows, future appointments will require pre-payment, and no refunds, exchanges, or discounts will be offered.
